Wagons are cool because they carry all of your stuff and still drive like a car. And, they’ve got much better lines than a CUV, which handles worse and gets worse mileage.

Having driven both, I can attest that yes, they do feel different. The F30 feels more planted than the X3. Taking a curve at speed doesn’t feel as tippy either.

NP. I owned a 1990 J-spec 300zx for ten years. I learned more than I care to admit about wrenching the damn thing, including one rebuild and another block swap. Spent half its time with the plenum pulled, but I still have nothing but love for my old TT Fairlady.

It’s probably the best of the wedge cars (unless corvettes count but c5 is really a butter face) but it’s still a wedge car. But then again, that comes from a shameless 240sx owner.... Gotta love and hate the big bro.

NP for this one. I’m probably in the minority here, but I think there are some good looking long bed trucks. This is one that comes the mind. Also the IH C series of similar vintage looks good with a long bed.
