I have never understood the Nissan/Renault tie up. I would have thought the goal from the start was to leverage of one another. But that never happened.

I dug a little - The convertible is marketed as the Mazda Roadster (マツダ・ロードスター, Matsuda Rōdosutā) or Eunos Roadster (ユーノス・ロードスター, Yūnosu Rōdosutā) in Japan, and as the Mazda MX-5 Miata (/miˈɑːtə/) in North America, where it is widely known as the Miata.
I always thought that It was the MX-5 Miata, in this generation, the “Miata” was dropped from all but the US Market, where it would still be known as the MX-5 Miata, because you know, Miata is always the answer.
I hope they’re trying to pull a Mazda (the Miata is really the MX-5) or Porsche (the Cayman and Boxster is the 718). They can officially name is the Kia K5, but it will still known as the Kia Optima.
I hate it but my wife might be gaga over it.
Because it’s a great all around car! You could daily this one in comfort, which you cannot do in a GT3. You’re not attracting attention, which some people prefer and you can still hit 60 in under 3 seconds and top out at 205.
When is having the smallest something to brag about?
Totally agree that it’s time for Vettel to retire......hang it up. So who’s next for that seat. Leclerc is an amazing driver and I could only imagine how well he would have done if Ferrari had not held him back last season. I would love to see Riccardo join Ferrari but I don’t think he would want to play second fiddle…
I watched Hoovie’s adventure with one of these (I know, his was a Wagon) and was ready to vote CP. Then looking at the pictures it and started to sway.....then I got to the A-pillar gauges....Nope. CP for me.
This just sucks! Just another reason to dislike the “New” BMW. Now I really regret not doing European Delivery when I had the chance.
Jason, Glad you and Otto are okay. Its sad how moronic people can be behind the wheel.
I have a suggest that may or may have not been mentioned (I got too lazy to scroll through all the comments). What if you buy the “new” engine and keep the block so it could be sold along with the car? Buy the engine and get your truck running and driving. When you sell the truck, the matching block is there for the…
Two things - Love the 996 suggestion but his 7 year old kid may not enjoy sitting in the back seat for long (I have a 9 & 10 year old and they hate sitting in the back of my 997 saying they find it tight in the back....I would have killed to be driven around in a 911 at there age.....and they complain about leg room).
I completely forgot those cars....I don’t remember the Lotus but I do remember the Corvette, how could you forget the dash!
CP for the project for making a Viper from a Vette, CP for the Fact that he lied about the bones he’s using, just CP....No!
That’s right.....I forgot about.......good times....
OMG, the world is ending - Jason had a rational suggestion.....Shit.....I’m so confused....I can’t process this.
I use to love that game.....If I remember correctly, there were three cars, the 911 Turbo, the Ferrari Testarossa and the Lamborghini Countach...I think the Testarossa was my favorite.
Was that the game that the windshield use to crack when you crashed?
Good luck Mike - why are all my favorite writers leaving this site.....
