Didn’t something similar happen with the Cruze? They leaked the Chinese version on line but that wasn’t the version we received. This redesign really doesn’t make sense - at the very least, wouldn’t you try to give it a Blazer like face?

I think this is GR8T news.....
JLR - A halo sports car is nice but it doesn’t pay the bills. Sadly, SUVs are what people want, SUVs are what they should produce. Their halo car should be an SUV. I thought the F-Pace did well, they need to build on it. I hate that they’ve cancelled the XJ, it’s their heritage. If they plan to bring it back as an…
How far do you have to scroll for the first post wishing they brought it here....
Tom & Andrew - solid choices.
NP...but only if taking it home requires me to travel to great lengths with the parts and tools necessary to repair it, travel through terrible weather and then have an insane wrenching marathon to repair said jeep....otherwise CP.....
I guess with NP/CP, I look at the cars as if “Hey, that’s a nice one, why not”. If it were my real money, I’d look into more. The nostalgia played a part here too (although I still think at this price, anyone shopping for a toy should at least look at it).
“There isn’t a single vehicle in Nissan’s U.S. lineup that is remotely exciting, except for the 370Z, GT-R, and of course its vans”
I think the problem with the CR-Z was Honda had built a car no one wanted. People may have wanted a fun, cheap, little commuter car but Honda built a heavy hybrid. There were people who may want a hybrid but not in the CR-Z’s form....so the end result is no one bought it.
Maybe I’m being nostalgic but I thought these cars were great - my friend had one of these and I remember them being fun.
How this is sitting @ 60% NP and not 90% is a mystery to me. These cars were awesome and on the face seems in good shape - you could realistically walk away with this car under $7k and have a fun car to tinker with.

“I bet we have more readers who have boned Amish 19-year-olds on Rumspringa than who have even sat in a Chiron, let alone will drive one at any speeds approaching 300 MPH.”
I’ve had an E46 with the issue.....to me it’s not an issue. Honestly, the fact that the seller is mentioning it is surprising because most people wouldn’t notice it.
Stick, nice shape and the E46 is a nice plate form that you can DIY a lot of the problems. There is a lot of parts still available and there’s a huge online community willing to help. Anyway, who pays full price for a car on Craigslist?
Right....and if I had a genie I’d wish for a 12" Pianist
There’s an extra “9" in the price.....
Not to sound repetitive, but I feel like they use to be everywhere and slowly have disappeared. Maybe I don’t notice them and they’ve just blended....
I feel like I use to see a lot of them but they’ve all sort of disappeared - either they blend or I haven’t noticed them.
While it may be a great car, I thought everyone thought the last gen was great too....I can’t remember the last time I saw one on the road. Maybe it’s just blending in....or maybe it’s not a CR-V.
