Thanks for the input! I actually thought about that when I was writing that, but I'm hoping that the bit at the end about kitties and the Gettysburg Address would show I'm not being 100% serious. Plus, kitties.

Thanks! That's really nice of you.
Thanks for the comments!
Thanks very much!
Haha, thanks. I actually JUST removed that from my profile to make it shorter. But I think I want to put it back.
1. Fair enough. To be honest, that section is kind of a rotating creative writing prompt for myself. I mean, ideally it's an attempt at saying I'm good at adulting and having childlike wonder, but I can see how it would be misread. As far as the laundry thing, I'm not trying to imply that's my fun time, but your point…
1. It's VERY expensive, if you're not used to paying high prices for Thai food (I'm not). That being said, I would definitely try it at least once to see if you like it. FYI: their "mild" is my "holy crap, my life is flashing before my eyes." I really enjoyed the dishes I listed in my profile (particularly the lamb…
Thanks for the comments! I'll try to strive to be that level of concise for other sections.
Thanks!
Thanks. Good point on the photo captions; that didn't occur to me.
Hello, kind patrons of the internet. Could I humbly ask for some OKC profile critiques? Sorry if this is an inappropriate forum for this, but seeing as how the kind of lady I'd like to spend time with intersects with the kind of ladies on Jezebel, it makes sense to me to ask for advice here rather than say, Reddit.
Ah, good point. Thanks for that.
The phrase "if you do what you love, you'll never work a day in your life" has always bothered me. Hey, if you're lucky enough to be good at and make a living from your passion/what you love/etc, good on you. But don't imply that the rest of us just working to live are lesser.
I know how you guys feel. It really feels at my government job that I am actively incentivized to do poor work as slowly as possible. If I do a good job quickly, they just dump more work on me with no change in compensation. It's frustrating.
When I was in college, I had all sorts of ludicrous theories about being an Asian male in the dating world, all of which were thinly veiled attempts at justifying my own insecurities and failures.
I just updated my OKC response statistics spreadsheet (because I keep such things), and my 1st-time response rate is now at 14.79%. I honestly thought it would be lower given recent performance, but my total pool is so high now that even longish runs of failure don't sway the total number too much. (Side note:…
Pie. Every grilled cheese sandwich needs to be washed down with pie.
A bit of prologue: I'm a male seeking females.
I love cats and dogs both so much, I kind of forget people ally with one camp so often.
It's a favorite.
