a vote for the Boxster, which...is basically the same car as the Cayman. Yes yes, rigidity and coupe. Same car.

I didn’t even have to watch this to know what was gonna happen. I like this game too much. I’ve also been ambushed by that same guy several hundred hours ago.
two thoughts: 1) I will be religiously watching the Muppets, and 2) John Candy, rest in peace, is rolling in his grave.
its plenty fast enough, it doesnt FEEL fast enough. The gearing is long and the sweet spot on the NA motor is at 5K RPM, well beyond where the average joe is gonna shift down.
that’s easy. Maybe its because I generally have nice cars, but if I do a test drive no one is driving but me. They can ride shotgun.
76 homicides in an entire province? NO WAY. You have a 0.0016% chance of being murdered in BC annually! If someone is gonna randomly kill you with a gun, I hate to break it to you man, but you aren’t gonna really have the opportunity to draw your gun. At best you might be able to kill someone after they randomly kill…
when I was a boy we lived in a rental house while our new house was being constructed. One night I got up, and admittedly half asleep, wandered down the hall past the stairs. Down the stairs I see two blue figures, kind of misty looking. I did not feel threatened, one was a child and one an adult, and they were…
Audi’s complete silence on the car leads me to believe the 2015 expectations for that refresh might be optimistic. They pushed it to catch up to the competition once, they might be wondering if they need to do it again.
I agree. The new C, especially in AMG form, is a real stunner. And it looks infinitely better than the 3 and the now dated A4/S4s of the world.
I’ve seen one in the metal. Pictures don’t do it justice. Unless it sitting lower than the to my eye very high riding C isn’t your thing. All subjective, of course. The AMG C is not what I’m talking about. I mean the run of the mill, off the lot C sedan I’ve seen. It rides wayyyyy too high.
from what I can figure, I think the XE S loaded will go for $50-55K or so, or about what a 335i goes for. I don’t think there’s any risk of it being higher than that, and some probable chance its lower. The XE R (the V8 F-Type engine) will slot into the M3 price spot, at $65K or so base price.
pending a significant change in my decision to go back to a sport sedan after doing coupes and roadsters for a bit, I think the XE S will be in my driveway in 2016. In the US. The reviews are all phenomenal. It’s much better looking than the Merc and 3, and the Audi S4 won’t be refreshed yet. Also, smaller market…
came to see this, did not leave disappoint.
no. If anyone takes second it’s Rendon. Desi has no experience at 2B. He’ll be fine.
Desi has indeed been a mess, but he’ll be fine. He always does this in April and has long stretches of no errors (I am making this up but I think its close to true - like 80% of his errors were in the spring last year).
its a towing company in the DC area. I’m guessing she was the nicest customer of the day. This one in particular accepts only cash, makes no change, and is notorious for overzealous towing.
to be fair, Jerry was gassing it at the time. I highly doubt when the cop got to the window and realized it was Jerry MF Seinfeld and Chris MF Rock that they got a ticket.
in pictures. the 987 vs the 981 in person isn’t even a competition.
as a guy who will probably be in the market for a new saloon in the next year, I'm excited by the current options.
keep in mind that that BMW also includes 4 years of maintenance. I suspect you'd spend at least $5K on the Merc over 4 years, probably more, bc the Merc will burn tires faster than that wagon. So really, its a $25-$30K upgrade.
