In the alternate 1986, Lucas starts production of Episode 1 with Michael Biehn as Anakin Skywalker. Kasdan returns to co-write.

With the price of beef going thru the fucking roof, it's a timely sketch.

Not overhyping, but Shield may have one of the best television series finales ever. An all timer.

I believe it was a feature length script. I vaguely remember Pete telling Effie and Marc he read the script the night before their pitch to do Leisure Class.

To be the fair, those guys played the character on a TV show most people probably don't remember. Carrier played Indy as an eight year old. I almost think they would have a tough time even getting into an Indiana Jones convention. They're not exactly Moore and Dalton.

I didn't really care for Mac. We Hate Movies' version of Mac's death involved Indy letting go of Mac due to his excessive use of JONESY!!

He needs to find his Wes Anderson or Noah Baumbach, a director who grew up with his movies and could reveal other facets. It would be cool if Justin Siemens could find a part for Murphy on his next movie.

Everyone forgets William's brother Harpo Goldman's quote "If it's a
Project Greenlight movie, it's likely going to be shit." Something tells me
"The Leisure Class" will prove him 4 for 4.

It was Pumpkin-ninny!

He was the surviving witness who could testify against Captain Tragedy

I want to like that podcast, but Devin puts me off with his condescending attitude. He can't seem to just dislike a movie, he has to tear into those people who like it. (On the Shawshank episode, he reduced its fanbase to white 20somethings who grew up watching it on TNT. It's entirely ridiculous since its enduring

"How many more times do you want me to say 'lick each other's assholes,' Mr. Mann?"- Bruce Davison, on the verge of tears.

For anyone interested, Previously TV's Sarah Bunting talks to an independent producer to get his take on this episode.

I remember a BTS video for Midnight in the Garden of Good & Evil where he made a big point to make sure the camera assistant didn't slam the slateboard before a take to not shake the actors' concentration. Instead of shouting Action, he would just quietly say it.

I like Day-Lewis overall, but it would be nice to see him try something else. Gotta admire Tarantino sticking to his guns with Travolta for Pulp Fiction when Day-Lewis reportedly wanted the role.

Hope it's Devil's Advocate!

I'd like to see the episode where Christopher wants Mann and Pete Jones to do some speed during a late night re-write of the script. I'd like to hear how well Mann's "I don't want to even be dependent on coffee" speech will go over with Moltisanti.

Seriously, does "The Leisure Class" look that great? When J.Mann was going on another rant over the need for film to capture the authenticity of this world of exaggerated Brit twit stereotypes, the HBO chieftans could have shut this shit down by saying: "If digital worked for Soderbergh making his Liberace pic for us,

Ha! No, I meant Jason Mann. I was referring to his opus "The Leisure Class" which looks like something from the BBC. I'm sure this time next year, I'll see it available on the HBO Now lineup and I'll skip it to watch Bedazzled again,

Right now, I wish HBO could have a shared universe between PG and The Sopranos. I'd like to see Paulie Walnuts' reaction to Mann's request of an extra 300K to shoot Cleaver in 65mm.
