Did people not try to open the doors between the train cars? That should have provided sufficient cooling... I would think that a lot of the train cars would have not been as packed as others as well, helping to disperse the heat. How on Earth could you honestly consider GM as a “leader in EV”. Their Chevy Volt was a massive flop. Their Chevy Bolt EV (first modern electric car) is years after other fully electric cars to market and is no more efficient or innovative than a Model S, despite being much smaller.
