Five Tips That Might Save Your Life in a Knife Attack

What the hell are you talking about? You don’t cook food on paleo? What retard version of the diet were you doing?

More exercise rarely has anything to do with weight loss, although it’ll make you feel better. The amount of energy it takes to expend calories is just vastly, VASTLY outweighed by a better diet.

Besides,

The people of Okinawa Japan actually didn’t eat rice, or noodles, they ate sweet potato, a much more nutrient dense food. They are largely the reason Japan has a reputation for health.

Since my metabolism crashed after 2 kids, I just started a diet. I’m not doing anything very rigorous, but basically low-carb. I had to do something similar when I had gestational diabetes with my second pregnancy, and it kept me pretty skinny. However, when I went on a low fat diet (not to lose weight) when I had

I had two doctors a few years ago tell me to lose weight, both recommended no more bread, rice, or pasta. I went for high fat diet, and along with running, lost 30 pounds. Blood tests are phenomenal now.

I’m sure it also has nothing to do with those states being prone to tornados and hurricanes. Nah, it's totally the open carry laws.

Michigan is an open carry state, as well as Wisconsin, Washington and Minnesota.

One Point of Data does not make a valid point. Here’s a list of open carry states. The number represents it’s pointless ‘safety rank.’ I’m in an open carry state, and I’ve never seen anyone ‘take advantage’ of the law here.

In Alaska, If the wildlife doesn’t eat you, the locals will.

I feel like doing this on a state by state basis is the most pointless thing. States are so big and have so many cities that this is going to be completely skewed data. It makes total sense to compare entire states like Texas, California, and Florida to Delaware, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire.
