You find me someone who thinks there is even the slightest chance he will finish them and I’ll show you someone who has participated in at least three MLM businesses and owns no less than four weeks at a timeshare in Myrtle Beach.

I’ve been trying to keep my show-curmudgeonliness out of the “here’s a big moment from GoT” series of articles that’s been running here, not entirely successfully, but I guess here’s a decent point to leave restraint aside for a moment.

Yeah, the people countering complaints about the most recent seasons seem to be focusing on people calling out how the show “Moves too fast” and ask if we’d prefer to spend an entire season with Gendry running back to the Wall or something.

That suggests something of a reversal: Game Of Thrones isn’t just telling the rest of Martin’s story before he can finish it himself; the show is doing it better than he could.

Yeah. I mean they dropped Dorne like a bag of trash even though losing their leader would give them more of a reason to fight with Dany and/or lead to a struggle to crown a new leader of Dorne.  But NOPE!!!! Dorne is just out of the game for no real reason. 

I'm not convinced he'll ever actually finish them.

The answer is simple; Ron Moore and co. had no idea how to bring Starbuck back or why, when they did, she would have this map in her head or something to find earth.

Starbuck died on the way back to her home planet.

Considering how much I loved a lot of episodes of this show, and most seasons, to be honest, the “we are going to do a LOST ending” before LOST did, was immensely disappointing.

I don’t like the sequels very much, but I’ve never felt the rage that they seem to inspire. That is, until I saw that JJ does that stupid fuckin two spaces after a period thing. Unforgivable. 

Honestly, that site is fantastic. I miss those days. Obviously, it’s just a replication of those days, but I find that far less “eye-bleeding” than the constant barrage of obtrusive ads and auto-play videos that are the norm today. Shit, this site is unbearable without ad-blockers.
