Bake the salmon in either a foil or parchment pouch.(never waxed paper - I had to explain to the hubby that waxed paper and parchment ARE NOT interchangeable when the oven is involved)
For salmon, I prefer some good horseradish mustard and a dill pickle potato chip crust. Seriously, don’t grimace until you’ve tried…
