It's not Marvel's fault. Sony still owns the rights to Spiderman and they are milking the character as much as possible. If Marvel owned the franchise, you would definitely see Miles.

I saw that movie last night in advanced screening. It was great. It felt a little rushed but overall the movie was awesome. The comic is way better though.
