Interesting concept. Is he planning to support Vista?

Someone who needs this has much larger problems in their life.

I have used Your Uninstaller for a long time, and have found it to be very reliable. However, it isn't free, and I am tempted the next time I need to upgrade to look at Revo. The days when the commercial stuff was a lot better than free / open source are fading, and I have replaced a good deal of commercial stuff.

Without getting into the technical details, Firefox now stores bookmarks in a "database" and doesn't automatically create the "bookmarks.htm" file that you can view with any text editor or browser.

I have been using the Lyrics plugin for Winamp for a few months, and it works without a hitch. (and as nag-free as my life after the divorce!) ;-)

Like some of the stuff in the "debunk" thread, you may see some improvement with this kind of tweaking if you have shoehorned XP or Vista onto a computer that really shouldn't be running it anyway. Lot's of folks have some old laptop that has long since past its prime (512MB of RAM and a 1.2GHZ process or such) and

I prefer FastStone Image Viewer myself. I have been using it since moving away from the increasingly bloated ACDSee probably 4 years ago.
