Problem with most of the hyperlight cars you listed is that they have crash resistance equivalent to tissue paper. What would be a ho-hum rollover in most cars today would kill everyone contained in one of those.

Combat maneuvering for fighter aircraft frequently hovers around 6-7G’s with frequent spurts of 9-10G’s (you can go higher, but it stresses/damages the aircraft, so it’s part of training to not do so... Kinda like driving outside highway…
