Much as i’d love to see the X-Men donned in the Jim Lee/Chris Claremont-era garb, i’d settle for the 2010-onwards era costumes that phased out the external under-roos yet retained the iconic colour-schemes for the characters - X-men Apocalyse’s Psylocke & Deadpool’s title character have shown faithful X-costumes can wo

The X-men will pop up again soon, it’ll just be after everybody gets recast post Dark Phoenix with fresh MCU actors (that hopefully come with more comic-accurate outfits).

I got what they were trying to say with their finale, even if I didn’t fully agree wirh it. That said, the one bit they nailed out of the park in the finale was Roslin’s final scene - i blubber like a baby even thinking about it.

My show that died too soon was Tru Calling - it got cancelled during season 2 so it ended with the Thanksgiving/X-mas break ep where the goodies & baddies put aside their differences for a evening to eat a meal together. Oddly surreal note to end on.

What, not even Gravity Falls? (Amazing show)

Not Xander’s - they belong to the Bat standing behind Xander - you can see the head behind one of the shoulders.

“the stuff in the sandwich shop was good, but it never really came to a cohesive whole for me.” Wrong kind of yeast perhaps or incorrect raising agent?

I suspect this’ll go the Smallville route with Lena getting the final shot (maybe literally).

Don’t forget The OC as well! OTH made the most sense as several of the characters were aspiring musicians at least.

When the best bit of your movie is a take-down sequence with your two non-armoured ‘action heroes’ in a movie about armoured heroes, something is seriously wrong. Also i was a little disgruntled they didn’t even try to give Whiplash a version of his comicbook costume.

I loved the twist at the time (even as a comic-reader) but it did rob the last third of the film of any sort of urgency or connect to good source material which hurts a lot of the rewatch value.

The downside of being upper-management - inter-office travel. Assumedly she’d visit Argus facilities in other cities where there arent superheroes too & she’d be making trips to Washington to review budget expenditures with her superiors, justify departmental efficiency levels (“Do you know how expensive it is to ship

Hey he knows his self-worth - he’s kmows he’s a tasty morsel & demands it be proven!

Felicity got there by train once.

It’d be like watching the male hippo from Madagascar 2 rise out of the water

The Eerie Zapper shooting lighning from her ears is the most bloody hard-core CW show yet.

I liked her time as Binary (i was aware of her Rogue past) but didnt know she had a longstanding history for ages.

I liked the interestimg dynamic of Carol taking down Julie Carpenter & detaining her from her daughter in the first Civil war. My bigger frustration is their inability to create a cohesive long-term world for her to inhabit.

Once the Merger goes through the sequel needs to be called something like Captain Marvel: Rogue Mystique or Captain Marvel: Rogue mission or Captain Marvel: Rogue Warbird - you catch my drift. The sequel should then be or Captain Marvel: Going Binary. (My first exposure to Carol was in the X-books against the Brood & o
