If it was all Jamie Hewlett's animation, that would be awesome. That was the only good thing about that cringeworthy attempt by a major studio to be "hip". Well, OK, Naomi Watts was likable.

And Sam rhymes with ham! We've cracked the code, AV Club.
"You're tearing me apart, Lisa!"
"No one was gay when I was a strapping young lad!"
OK you're obviously not altering your stance on this, which is fine. Just remember this conversation in 15 years when someone who was a teenager in the 2010s informs you that people indeed had an undercurrent of hope under Trump.
That's not how it was. Millions were quite convinced, from the 2000 election forward, that democracy was doomed, America was doomed, the world was doomed, and that Bush and his cronies were the ones doing the dooming. Why do you think "Fahrenheit 9/11" made $120 million domestic - and another $103 million abroad - at…
I would say that I have a girl crush on her, and I'm a guy.
Pardon the late reply, but… OK, so you were a teen, probably not someone with a full-time job, house payments, a retirement account, or a need to fly on a regular basis.
Whatever you say, "bradley".
This review sums up my reaction to the film 100%, so thanks for that.
I think what Mr. Grimm is saying is, "My intuition is more reliable and important than historical fact."
"Things at home for the average American still pretty much business as usual"? "Really quite lucky in hindsight"? Seriously, were you in a coma between 2001 and 2008?
Well, you're not Brian Burton, so I guess you can go ahead and shame Brian Burton for not thinking like you.
Probably because Burton knows him very well, they've been good friends and creative collaborators for years, and he's certainly aware of Green's dark side, as it's evident in many Gnarls Barkley lyrics. When you're in such a position, it's not as easy to turn into a self-righteous scold as it is for the rest of us who…
Why, because he had a number of affairs while they were married? All evidence indicates that she consented to it. (The movie even teases it when McDowell tries to be provocative with talk of "free love".) Or is there something else you're alluding to? Genuinely curious.
No way. Malcolm McDowell is charming and Mary Steenburgen even more so. Dialogue is great. '70s San Francisco is great. The ending is weak, especially with the bad sfx, but I'll forgive it since I love the movie.
Does that mean David Bowie's inner life was a yawning abyss too?
In 1994, a couple months after the big earthquake here in Los Angeles, I ran into an old college friend at a party. She told me that she decompressed a day or so after the earthquake by watching Groundhog Day on video with some friends, and "laughing at how stupid it was."
Orion a schlock house? This is the studio that produced Amadeus, Silence of the Lambs, Platoon, Dances with Wolves, RoboCop and most of Woody Allen's '80s films. Maybe you're thinking of something else?
You're not sorry at all, you jerk!
