As a 20+ year snowboarder, they really did nail the feel. I always wanted a snowboard game that allowed you the micro-control needed to pull off fun little butters and jibs, and this is as close as any game has come!

While I understand where you’re coming from, I think it’s important to note that a lot of these decisions are neither good or bad, but instead they mean different things to different types of gamers.
I mean, that’s not a problem for me (probably cause I’m old). I still enjoy yelling at the other factions while I run into battle, but nothing truly mean. Calling them heathens or cowards and RPing as a character is great fun, without resorting to slurs or actual toxicity.
Badgers? We don’t need no stinking badgers!
They have added the ability to respec, once per difficulty. Just gotta talk to Akira (or whatever her name was in Act 1).
If you’ve been living under a rock for the past few years like I have, do yourself a favor and play Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice. One of the most unique and incredible games I’ve ever played.
More than any other game, Dark Souls is the one I wish I could erase from my memory... Only so I could play it fresh for the first time once more
I was going to make a joke about it not being released in the US because of how much it costs to ride in an ambulance without healthcare, but then I got sad.
I can confirm that your list is almost a beat by beat experience of the campaign
Really makes me nostalgic for the days when all people had to complain about was esports coverage on deadspin :(
Ah thank god Kotaku understands the “stick to sports” mandate.
Jim Spanfeller should be be fucked with a belt sander.
What is the replayability like? I’ve played Arkham Horror and absolutely love it, but aside from buying all of the expansions, it’s hard for me to imagine myself going back for a second run
I absolutely love this movie, but my lord MacReady, did you really need to cut THAT MUCH to draw some blood?!
Thank you for this. Working for a (non-gaming) software company opened my eyes to how incredibly complex software development can be. I get so sick of players who become so outraged over service issues that they don’t even begin to understand. As more and more people play online, these issues will become more…
The PvE would be interesting. I’ve been enjoying Hunt: Showdown, which is a 12 player PvPvE “Battle Royale,” but my biggest gripe is how long it takes to get in and out of matches, along with it’s general bugginess. Apex easily has the best menu -> match time of any BR game I’ve played, and it seems to be really…
Good thing he censored the correct word, am I right?
Having played high school and college football, this terrifies me. We never really knew anything about CTE while we played (graduated in 2011), and now any time I have a depressive episode or anything like that, I can’t help but wonder if I’ve done irreprebal harm to myself.
Where the hell are all of the so called “men” who should be putting a stop to this behavior on the spot? Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for women calling out this behavior as well, but as a guy, when I see shit like this, I say something. Call it white knighting, or being an internet tough guym or whatever you think, but…
There’s a lot I’d like to say, but right now all I can manage is Rest in Peace... fuck
