As someone who worked at a gym for almost 2 years as a cleaner.. I can indeed confirm the “scent of human exertion” is just narrowly above the scent of human excrement and urine.

I had to reread the AI Powered Scents tweet like 4 times because I couldn’t tell whether it was satire or not. Hell, I’m still not entirely sure.

I like to think I sniffed him out as a hack ages ago. He came off as ingenuine/smarmy when he was on G4tv.com (the sh0w), which is probably before the time of many readers here.

That’s just because they’re typically too narcissistic to even recognize anyone else’s emotions and fail to see the impact their actions will have.

Look, im pretty fucking liberal, but neither shareholder or management are trying to make people angry.  They are doing it, but that isnt anyone’s intention.  Calm the fuck down.

They shouldn’t have to be in touch. It’s a fair juxtaposition considering that they are from the same developer, are a part of the same franchise, and released conservatively as a part of that franchise. It’s like if Tesla releases an SUV that has less features than the Pickup that came out a year before. Doesn’t

It probably is a child, which is a huge part of the problem.

Are you a child? As someone who spends all their time creating shit (as well as critiquing the creative works of others), the idea that someone who has never and will never create anything that gets put out in front of people to be judged feels entitled to talk shit to people who do is ridiculous.

“I was wrong all of this time, Xbox doesn’t care about us, Microsoft doesn’t care about us. We’ve been fighting this war for nothing.”

So no. You cannot even write a single paragraph as to why axie infinity is fun.

Stop Echoing so hard. Tucker Carlson won’t fuck you.

Wow, what an awfully misleading headline.

To be fair, the headline and intro sentence really are not doing any favors. This is written seemingly with the intention of pointing a finger at Twitch having made a decision on its own.

publishers have absolutely NO interest in you owning your games and media, the fact that you only have a limited license on it is ideal for them and they get to set the rules

And yet not one mention of what NFTs are actually good for. Lots of accusations of ignorance yet zero demonstrations of knowledge. What utter trite.

More of the “you just don’t understand it yet” argument from the crypto bros.

At this point I get the impression that nobody on this network has mentioned or written about this impressive documentary because they’re mad Dan explains it better than they’d ever care to.

Plunkett is clearly beating himself up that he didn’t buy bitcoin when it was cheap. We get it, dude. You’re angry and bitter.

The issue with blockchain tokens to digital goods is that the digital goods don’t exist on the block chain and the tokens only have “value” if someone else agrees to recognize your token as conferring ownership of said digital good.

The problem with that is the same problem with all other proposed “good uses” of blockchains; you could do the same thing more efficiently with a distributed transactional database.
