Other than you have no way to backup your save data at all. So if a portable system breaks like, stolen, gets lost or something else and you can't afford to have Nintendo back up your data to another switch before you lose is your SOL if you don't continue making payments.

Not only is having to pay to backup you’re save data anti-consumer it very much leans heavily on what the mafia would do if you do not continue to support them if you decide to hold out otherwise suffer the consequences, but I'm sure people will still support this unacceptable kind of behavior. 

Nota bad price for wireless NES controllers for the switch. I really do like this idea but I already bought that SNES 8Bitdo controller that works with the switch so I likely won't be getting these but I do like what Nintendo is doing here.
