Completely agree. I was really impressed about how the show instantly hit the ground running with such precision and life; you could have honestly told me that Zach and Jess have been doing this podcast for five years, and I would have believed it. As for favorite songs, the Paul F. Tompkins episode had me between

"He's dead".

Normally, I'd say that everybody is entitled to their own opinion and, as long as it has a good argument behind them, it's as valid as everyone else's. But putting a B to THIS episode and then not even recognizing the obvious Mr. Wrench setup and execution or that Varga's speeches are supposed to wear off? This reads

I'm okay with the main criticism of this review. If Jordan Belfort could get a gaggle of followers from The Wolf of Wall Street (which is a biting satire and all, but come on, you know that it made him a lot more good than harm), so can Sophia Amorouso with this.

The r/place experiment ended a couple of hours ago, and I'm happy because a) My country made an alliance with Brazil and Finland to protect our flags, and it ended up nicely. b) The Funhaus board made it out ok. c) The people finally picked up why some of us were painting David Bowie's eyes in a different way. God, I

I know that this might sound a little basic but, oh boy, I always love a good homage to the Ecstasy of Gold scene in The Good, the Bad and the Ugly. As soon as that graveyard popped up and those notes rang in my ears, I smiled like a chump. Also, I wonder if Tartakovsky ever wanted to do a scene discussing seppuku

This year, I'm thankful for We Hate Movies for saving my Tuesdays, one of the days where I have to take a two-hour ride to college at 5 AM. No matter the weather, the traffic conditions or if I knew the movie, every week they made me laugh all the way through the trip, and as a fan from Argentina, I can't be more

Man, the Halloween Spooktacular/election special episode of We Hate Movies did not disappoint. I looked up Ghosts Can't Do It after listening to it, and I couldn't believe that Anthony Quinn could gross me out so much in a film that features a cameo by Donald Trump.

"BEESE BITHERSPOON?"

B-? I respectfully disagree.

Yeah, I'm of the same mind on that. You can actually see how Jay is trying to focus on analysing and giving observations on the stuff he sees, and his humor flows more naturally. Meanwhile, Mike is all like "HEY, LOOK HOW MUCH I DON'T CARE, IT'S FUNNY BECAUSE IT'S NOT FUNNY", and at this rate it looks like a dad

I think that this is the last I'll see of Red Letter Media for a while. I don't know if my taste has changed (although I think it hasn't, I still laugh like a maniac with We Hate Movies) or if I'm done of Mike's ego getting in the way of new jokes, but this was so bloated and repetitive. I wasted almost two hours to

I'll always remember hearing the heartbreak of Ben Schwartz finding out that last part live in the Dead Authors Podcast.

I wanted there to be a clip from Blue is the Warmest Color in the middle of all that superhero action, just to imagine the confusion of most comic book fans watching the video.

Man, I didn't know that I could be laughing and cringing so hard at the same time until I heard every mention of Wolverine's sentient nipple in that We Hate Movies episode. Yuck.

I can't believe that last week's Mailbag episode of We Hate Movies wasn't mentioned. Between the reading of arguments by a madman who defends BvS and the anecdotes of the month, this was even funnier than the average episode. THEY'RE CALLED PARADEMONS, FOR CHRIST'S SAKE.

I remember watching the movie adaptation of Rent as a teenager. Even at my maximum peak of "fuck the system" style thinking, all I thought was "GODDAMMIT, GET A JOB AND STOP COMPLAINING ABOUT YOUR LAZY ART, YOU BUNCH OF HORRIBLE PEOPLE". I still think the same thing about this (and Reality Bites).

Abbi and Ilana should watch that Alan Partridge movie one day.
