On her site, Warren introduces the topic by saying, “

But if you simply cancel the student loan debt of nearly 44 million Americans, who’s paying for that? It’s not free money, and Warren doesn’t explain that part.

I agree on some of it. The didn’t realize the apes or crows were black until I was old enough to know it was kind of gross. But depictions of Asians are a little more obvious, in part because there’s the physical resemblance, not just a vocal similarity.

They won’t recognize it as wrong. They’ll see the movie and think that it’s cool to pull your eyes to the side and sing in an “oriental” voice, or that it’s right that women be held as sex slaves (Jasmine in Aladin).

The problem is that sometimes what the consumer wants isn’t what “we” need.

Of course kids won't notice racism or sexism overtly. But they might learn from it. And if we don't show them why it's wrong, they might learn it's correct

So, a 540i instead of an M3? No thanks.

A 4-door version of the 2-Series coupe might be decent. Extend that RWD platform a tad, add a second set of narrow doors, complete with that wonderful I6 and manual transmission...

Accurate on M35i vs M40i.

Yes. But then they realized they could add 2 doors to a coupe, call it a Gran Coupe, and charge more than the regular sedan.

You don’t have to accept all of them. Are there none that you appreciate?

Reportedly there will be no M2 based on the UKL platform.

Not exactly. When numbers like this are offered, it’s typically a change in the average new car sale price. So the average price paid for a new car will decrease by $3500, some more and some less.

Though I disagree, let's not forget that Bernie is 2 years older than Joe. Hasn't slowed his support in these parts.

How is the CT4 any less interesting than the new 3 Series? Because it has a crest instead of a roundel?

Deep dive

I really don’t understand why people talk differently in the office.

Sadly, I do. Even my wife, who drives the MB wagon, doesn’t like it and wants to replace it with a crossover.

This will probably be an unpopular opinion, but why is everyone so interested in these workers being considered employees. By every measure, they are appropriately considered contractors. If they worked the same style in an office building (make up your own hours, bring your own computer, etc.), I don’t think anyone

Disagree. All the space of a crossover with the ride-height, silhouette, and dynamics of a sedan/coupe.
