I'm a bit confused. Where is the deer head? Downstairs? Along the staircase? The body is upstairs correct? Maybe I am not remembering it correctly.

"If they know their client is guilty and withhold that information from a judge/jury, it could result in disbarment " - No this is flat out wrong. Attorneys can often know their clients are guilty and they can get punished for disclosing such a thing to other people outside a plea allocution! You can't suborn perjury

Because the medical exam is part of the procedure. Trust me. Its HBO if they really wanted to go there they could have shown you what happens during an autopsy and you wouldn't sleep for a week.

Yes the reality is if the police are going to arrest you there is nothing you can say to change their mind. They are going to arrest you no matter what. Save it and tell it to your lawyer who can figure out the best way to use your story. If the police don't have the evidence to arrest you they will let you go

I think in episode one that guy ends up being brought to the police station with another guy in cuffs. Its a really quick scene but I keep meaning to go back and watch it to compare their clothes etc, since you dont get a good look at the two being brought in.

Guilty or not I don't think Naz is going to be the same after this.

Could be in a state of shock. Its not his kid and his wife is dead. They weren't close and didn't have the best relationship, so I dunno how much we can read into his behavior. I would be interested in knowing who gets the property now that she has passed on.

Yes, I was going to mention that. Isn't the inhaler sitting on a blood stain? How can that be? The blood would have to get on the inhaler to soak into the sheet beneath it. It could be someone planting it, or it could be evidence that Naz left it there after the murder which doesn't look good for him.

They waited what like a day? They held him hoping he would break and confess. That isn't long on a murder case.

The help me help you is one of the biggest thing cops say to get people to confess. Right after confession being good for the soul. You can visit any number of prisoners in upstate new york and ask how many of them ended up there after a conversation with a detective who said he wanted to help.

You totally had the wool pulled over your eyes. Box is NOT on Naz's side. Box is NOT trying to give Naz a chance. Box is trying to get a confession to Naz to prison for the rest of his life. The scene before he is talking to his supervisor and what is he told? Get a confession. Box doesn't even want to wait for the

don't worry maybe he is undercover. rofl

Yes, that is an excellent way to describe that scene. I liked how proud Stone was of himself.

This is one of those shows you need to watch each episode 2 or 3 times to catch everything I think.

Its not something that is uncommon.

Heh. Your comment about them being worn out is actually a great observation. In terms of rapists wearing condoms it is not uncommon at all because they don't want to leave DNA behind.

Doubtful. Box probably just grabbed whatever was laying around. The shirt was likely an intentional choice by the writers though saying that people's preconceptions is this is a kid who should be in college and not somebody who would be at rikers.

Yes, because the other prisoner made his own assumption about Naz. That scene was very true to life. I could see other prisoners responding that way.

Nice observation.

Its annoying but clearly they are using it has a plot device to make one or more points.
