I have family that has a drinking problem. When they drink it seams no law applies to them, lowering the limit would not make a difference in their case. A BAC of .01 or .4 they will jump in and drive, its crazy and wrong. It is costly to jail an offender, and the states seam to avoid it until someone gets killed.…
