Allthe companies I have worked for, plus my company prohibit use of a personal cell phone while working. They are only allowed on breaks and lunches in the break area or outside.

I don’t really understand the looking at your phone while walking for Pokemon Go. When I play my phone vibrates when it finds Pokemon in my location. So all I have to do is have the app open and my phone tells me when to look at it. At that time I can look around for a place to stop, then look at my phone.

If you want others to hear the chat you can just change settings so chat audio goes through the TV and headset. The speaker doesn’t really do anything that you can’t already do without it.
