The second one is also by Tony Daniel (as opposed to Jim Lee).

This list lacks Sheex.

I hit those roads, too, but not on such a regular basis. I've long since gotten out of that region. As gorgeous as it is out there, I can only drink so much to pass the time.

Also, Hwy 36 in California.

Probably not the twistiest, and definitely not the longest, but it's a slice of heaven for anyone stuck out in Eastern Washington putting in their time at WSU or U of I. Old Spiral Hwy just outside Lewiston, ID. Took the time to do this every other end of the day while out there. Kept me from resorting to cow tipping

More likely it fizzled out because Michelle Bachmann prayed for forgiveness and she was answered...

This doesn't even have to be a photoshop. It's just foreshortening. If that's not the case, that's the most gigantic pitchfork I've ever seen.

That's because it is a fox. With mange. Google image it. "Fox." "Mange." Then "Fox with mange."

There seems to be a hiring standard for the women there at Giz. They're all ridiculously cute.

Is this study supposed to be taken seriously? Stand back a minute and take into consideration even the amount of time someone spends commuting versus being at home in leisure. Most people commute maybe an hour or two out of the day, if that, and most people are driving or actually doing something else when outside

Ironic that there was just an article about Michael Bay reusing a single chase scene, now here's an article about a guy who's been reusing the same 5 panels (compositionally horrible), 3 poses (anatomically incorrect) and 2 facial expressions (the equivalent of emoticons) since 1992.

Actually it was more recognizable because they had that chase scene broken down in a featurette on the DVD for The Island. I thought I saw that, too, when I went to see TF3, but totally forgot about it by the time that long ass movie was over.

Just adds more proof that wasps are bastards. [io9.com]

Totally a simulator. That's why you see a very realistic, virtual person walk by at the beginning, and very realistic, virtual signs and concrete barriers - in 3D, no less - fly by during the race. Not to mention his genuine reaction of fear - must be the most realistic simulator to date.

... the *niece* of Princess Allura...

Ha. I appreciate the suggestion, but it was in jest. I'd imagine this monopod would collapse under the weight of any heavy duty camera like my middle school toothpick model bridge.

I'm surprised people still hire Mr. Liefeld. Out of sympathy, maybe? Like maybe letting the slow kid be captain once in a while?

Yeah, but will it hold a 1d?

With a prettier color!
