my prediction: people meme (morb?) even harder but still don’t actually see the movie. Sony execs are baffled why people would talk so much about the movie but not translate that into spending money - which is also coincidentally the funniest outcome.

I’m sure you’re as aware of this as I am, but for anybody else who might not be aware: the folks saying that their shitty views deserve to be respected don’t actually care about tolerance. They’re just using the language of tolerance to try and defend being bigots.

Agreed.  Being “religious” isn’t carte blanche to be a raging homophobic dickface ... no matter how many Americans would like it to be.

“WTF is this?” one person referencing Almalki’s comment asked FaZe Clan’s account. “I don’t agree with how he went about it, but it’s his religion and we have to respect it just like people apart of the lgbtq community should be respected,” another replied.

The fuck we do.

This is not their legendary rematch.

Vader has no desire to kill Kenobi yet, and that’s made fairly obvious at multiple times during their “fight” (which was never going to be a “legendary rematch” so not sure where you got that). Vader is toying with him the entire time, playing into his fears, anxiety, and trauma. At the end, Vader literally

All of the protags have been 15 or older since Black & White.

Studios for decades: Let’s make all the villains queer (or queer-coded)!

LGBTQ+ folks: Oh, that villain is hot.

Studios: Why do queer folks keep being attracted to our villains?

Yes, but they’re not wrong.

I mean the ages of the protags really vary between titles. The oldest confirmed age is the protagonists of X and Y who are at least 17 but more likely 18

This is just because people think villains are hotter, isn’t it?

what you were expecting was a pokemon presents and this was always going to be a trailer drop. You expected something that was never actually going to happen. That’s on you.

What, no comment about how their names mean Past and Future, that the Past one looks like some sort of ancient indigenous bird god while the Future one is some sort of cyber jet snake? Oh and that and we’re just getting out of Arceus which was all about time travel? No? Cool.

The problem with that logic is that Ammit already killed people, including the avatars of other gods. Harrow killed a lot of people in the name of whatever offenses that might be committed at a later date. It would be both retribution for these killings and preventative, as more would surely happen again if they were

I don’t think the show views Jake as actively working against Marc and Steven. His interests are just still aligned with Khonshu’s, while theirs are not. As far as we can tell, the other two personalities are free, which is what they asked for. Jake doesn’t have to be adversarial to the others while performing his

I can’t say for certain, but I think Jake is the personality who killed Layla’s father. Remember that Harrow told her that Marc killed her dad and Marc said it was a greedy partner who he tried to shoot before we saw in the flashback Marc putting the gun to his own jaw.

The real big question of course is... how/when/why was Jake created as an identity? We saw how Steven came to be, and why, and when. So at what point did Marc need to spin off an even more violent, actually murderous alter which even he doesn’t seem to know exists?

Look, I’m as surprised as you are that having an active Egyptian God kaiju battle raging on was not only the fight I explicitly wanted to only be a background thing, but was also directed as such. While I feel like the show didn’t nail the landing, it DID stick it, which is already pretty admirable, all things

“Pelipper, a pelican Pokémon saddled with perhaps the weakest type matchup: water-flyin”
If it doesn’t include grass, ice, or rock, it’s not the weakest type combination.

Magnemite, which ruled when it was just electric-type but is slightly less awesome now that it’s part steel-type too”
My friend, you do not know as
