While I agree with the ultimate point of your post, that was kind of harsh. Telling him to f-off doesn't further his/her education. But ultimately, I agree with you.

THIS I'll agree on. When you're spending 1/3 (hopefully only 1/3) of your monthly salary on something you don't ABSOLUTELY NEED especially when equally suitable and cheaper alternatives exist, you have to keep fooling yourself into believing that it was worth it.

I took the nuclear approach and just upgraded everything except the expansion cards and case. New HDD, motherboard, processor, RAM, power supply (needed for the new motherboard). Pocket book is lighter, but PC is awesome.

On the one hand, we're that much closer to ruining a second planet in the solar system. On the other hand, we have another excuse to think we in America are better than everyone else in the world and everyone is just trying to be like us. Honestly, I don't know which is better. What about Partridge?

Inability to force/help rural tower owners upgrade their towers and coverage. I have ZERO BARS at my parents' house and my in-laws' cabin. What is this, 1998?

Agreed. Your comment is the #2 reason I switched to Gmail. The #1 reason was because Hotmail would randomly not deliver an email. I'd even check spam and it wasn't there. I'd wait a day or more, no dice. I'd have the sender try again, several times, and nothing. I'd send an email from a different address at the same

I'm American. I didn't laugh. I'd rather be sitting in that cafe in Paris.
