Agreed.
When you have small kids, this time doesn't exist. It's been 3 years and 6 months for me. Any time you could use for this is taken up by them. And my kids aren't over-programmed.
I wonder if this would be a good way to get out of your contract early. Make THEM cut the cord.

I tried Ubuntu once but the hardware acceleration issues especially for flash made me reinstall Windows. I'd much rather not be running Windows on something that's used as a media center. *sigh*
I've messed around with those USB boot options and nothing changes. The only thing that prevents the slow boot is to unplug the USB hard drive. What I'm seeing is eerily similar to this post.…

It's really not fair to use Blackberries and flip phones as the "before" picture for Samsung. It's not exactly apples to Apples.
Doesn't work over mobile data. Poor.
What you need: an iPad, iPod Touch, or iPhone
Not sure what the first was, but I remember Dawn Treader by World Publishing as being one of the first. It was an old Apple II game based on the Voyage of the Dawn Treader book. I played it in 1985 at the computer in my 3rd grade classroom. This was the only thing I could find anywhere about it. I miss that game.
