Bath Salts. Lots and lots of baths salts.

Fox has been collaborating with the Trump administration for a while now, and is basically state propaganda at this point. This is them buttering up their viewership to prepare them for a Saturday Night Massacre.

A significant portion of the public will applaud that too. You don’t need to go very far to see people still wallowing in ‘both sides are equally bad’, ‘you people are exaggerate everything’ and so on everywhere.

It’s a done deal as far as I’m concerned. They’ve spent the last few weeks painting Mueller as the greatest threat ever known to the survival of the country, and have thrown out every single thing out there they can think of why this investigation is “illegal” and therefore is within Trump’s right to terminate it.

Remember when people laughed at us when we said this administration would move to fascism and destroy democracy in the US?

Newspeak has arrived. Orwell is spinning in his grave. Erasure has begun. Be very very afraid. [posted anonymously by an unperson]

I remember when Loki the corgi died last year and I was weirdly emotional over it. Our attachment to animals, even ones we never actually meet, is weird.

Today, we CUT THE RED TAPE! It is time to SET FREE OUR DREAMS and MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!

I think they are trying to roll back to the late 1800s Gilded Age, pre-income tax, pre-consumer protection, pre-social security, etc, etc etc

I don’t think it’s meant to be fun; I think it’s work. Clearly the Mercer’s are paying per post.

Nah, it’s what happens when its username gets flagged. It changes back to “Jorni” to “show us all we’ve been HAD”.

If you really want a laugh, it’s talking to itself in the thread below.

I look at it this way:

‘Cause the dude selling dope doesn’t have as much money.

How is that when people get caught doing stuff like this (as rarely as it happens) they only ever end up with a slap on the wrist and getting fired. Seriously: how is it not an actual crime to knowingly swindle the federal government in this way? Why does a dude selling dope have to face getting locked up but Ajit

What you’ll notice with conservative comedy is that frequently, all it is is punching downward, and then laughing at the plight of the victim. That’s whats happening here. Pai is punching down at everyone who isn’t a giant telco, and when we complain, that’s his punchline.

It’s always interesting to watch conservatives attempt humor. The references are almost always hilariously out of date, the attempts at self-deprecation are usually painfully forced, and it comes across like they decided to improv the first take and then felt it was comedy gold that couldn’t be topped. It’s like
