My friend is a professional photographer (she did weddings of course) and she was invited to a wedding of someone she’d known for a long time. After she RSVP’d yes the bride asked her “could you bring your camera and take some pictures?” She was SOOO offended. I agree, it was TACK-AY. So no, don’t do that.
