Don’t be mislead Tesla isn’t a sweet heart. The people working in plant are taught early on not to speak of the Union or its out the door for you. The Union can’t force anyone to join look it up. But last time I checked it was also illegal to prevent members from forming a Union. So who’s the Bully now?
