As I recall, the official story is that she was only lightly involved in the cult, and didn’t get as far as the inner circle. 

Maybe if those OX513A males focused on their personalities and spent less time online complaining that blood-sucking females don’t find them attractive they’d have more success. 

I think Timesplitters was the only one of these I had (though I certainly rented others). I don’t know why, but it just wasn’t fun in the way that Goldeneye and Perfect Dark were.  

I read it when it came out, but I don’t think I finished it. As I recall, It was kind of depressing.

The Rambo series is a bit like Dirty Harry, in that the first ones are pretty good, and the sequels are ruined by the filmmakers and actor thinking that the title character was a hero. 

And IIRC the sequels leaned into this even more heavily. 

Everyone says this is an unofficial remake of Doc Hollywood, when I’d always assumed it was an unofficial sequel to Maximum Overdrive. 

They should’ve just scrapped large parts of the third act of Skyfall when they found out they couldn’t get Sean Connery to play the character that ended up being played by Albert Finney. 

I think the problem with his Bond is mostly just the problem of any Bond in a modern context. James Bond just doesn’t make sense this far from the Cold War. I like Bond, but he’s less of a character than an aesthetic hitched to a catch-phrase. And the problem with that is that there’s so little to the character that…
