How did they convince republican Peter King to portray a German officer?

I wonder if they're leaving the comment site down on purpose. It would be the easiest way to avoid negative feedback.

Maybe Starfire's mom

Cosagar Playagon

Hey now, the Inhumans have always been nazis in this universe. Also nazis aren't really nazis. And if you don't like it, maybe you're the real nazi.

Yes, "cosplay" was the term that came to mind when I first saw this image too.

I thought (or maybe this was just head-cannoning from some hints) that the movie was going to be like the loop that happens after the end of the books, when he's back to the beginning only he has the horn /

True, but Elba saying the Gunslinger Credo still got me…

That is pretty damn accurate to the books, actually.

Thanks!

Well her, and TV's Hannibal Smith as the romantic lead no one can quite remember.

The man in yellowface fled through the desert and the gunslinger followed.

I really enjoyed the Anno Dracula series, but kind of don't know where to start on the other Diogenes Club stuff - if I recall correctly, they share some original characters with the AD books, but are otherwise completely unrelated?

Trumpworld: it's like Mojoworld only tackier and with no Longshot.

Is he actually a drinker, or does he just happen to look like alcoholism personified?

I love the BBC series, actually. While some parts suffer from the constraints of the budget (notably the adorable Beast) that budget also meant they had to film in the actual tunnels below London. Which is pretty cool.

TV is clearly the better fit for Sandman, but at this point I kind of hope it just stays a comic book.

No idea. Though I suspect time and demographics will resolve Northern Ireland sooner or later.

I thought about that too, but Ireland and Britain are "British Isles," and I think you wouldn't (and probably shouldn't) call people from the Republic of Ireland "British."

For a little while longer anyway.
