i saw the video.. damn right those sand bags should NEVER have been there .. totally ridiculous...wtf..!!!!!   if i was a judge, an easy decision for me.. pay the guy and next time, make AN EFFORT to keep the track safe..  who puts sandbags right where people run off track..   absurd..
