Panthers really need to look at replacing Cam though (and should have last season). It’s going to be a tough call though. They don’t really have enough time to rebuild w/ a rookie QB and there’s a QB shortage in the league.

I think when $62k is defined as “significant financial harm” instead of “financial ruin” then you’re not going to notice $1k a week go missing. I’m also assuming this person makes 10x what the average family does considering that they were referenced by parliament.
anybody else just get the gut suspicion this lady is running a scam to get money from a gofundme or something?
If it’s not boiled first it’s not a bagel it’s just bagel shaped.
Looks like several comedians need a refresher on “How to tell an offensive joke”
1. Make sure the joke is actually funny, or at least novel. If you’re just reashing old stereotypes, using deragatory language or being disrespectful to a disenfranchised group it’s not funny. The more offensive the joke is the funnier it…
Airforce missed a big recruiting/promotional event here. They could have just opened up area 51 to the public, and showed off some cutting edge stuff hoping to get some of these kids hyped to sign up for 4 years of being stuck in the middle of nowhere huffing jet fuel.
I used to be able to disagree on politics, but I feel like in 2016 everything changed though. My family has always been politically diverse so disagreeing has always been part of it, but recently it’s different w/ some of my family members. The hardest to deal w/ is my father. It’s like talking to a completely…
Once gas hits $5 a gallon I’ll start complaining.
Psychopath is a blanket term for somebody w/ a compulsive psychotic disorder. Symptoms include delusions, hallucinations, talking incoherently, and agitation. The person with the condition isn’t always aware of their behavior.
Either somebody put it down and forgot about it, or that wasn’t always a chili’s, and had some significant part in that persons life.
I’m going to disagree w/ the cooking w/ beer you can’t stand to drink. A quarter growler full of flat beer is totally useful for cooking. As for rancid butter and old milk... have you never cooked w/ sour cream or cheese?!?!? Skunky beer might take some skill to work w/ but I think it’s worth experimenting w/ you…
Is this an airline rule, a US rule, or does it apply internationally? I was once on a KLM flight, and there was a kid in my seat. I tried communicating to them I had that seat, but they didn’t appear to speak English. The stewardess pointed me to a new seat which was much better so I didn’t argue but it didn’t feel…
but we’re not tipping for quality... we’re tipping because waitstaff isn’t properly paid, and we suppliment that payment. I can’t think of any other jobs were you can just not pay their salary because there’s a mess up (or in somebodies opinion things weren’t done well enough). Sure there’s no actual written contract…
I skimmed through and didn’t see this, but I’d recommend not investing anything until you have a 3 month emergency fund. The idea behind this is if you do have an emergency that you need to borrow money for the interest rate will offset any investments you’ve made. Some financial experets recommend not investing until…
Seattle - stopping for cars that don’t have the right away. They’re trying to be polite but they just mess things up for everybody. You’re pulling out for a left hand turn on a 4 lane road, and the person in the closest lane stops to let you out. The problem is it’s only their lane that’s stopped, and you can’t see…
Personally I don’t think a lot of these are good reasons to not tip well. Quiet frankly you should always tip well even if service is bad because you’re not tipping for service you’re tipping to suppliment a worker’s income. Personally I hate the tipping system. It’s just another way owners screw customers, and…
My thought was movie pass was aiming to be a liason between movie distribution, and the movie theaters. Currently theaters have a high markup on tickets because distribution gives them a bad deal and distribution has been seeing less audiences over time. Movie pass could have promised more regular viewers for the…
deflect, deny, delay
Pre-purchase inspections are more to ensure you’re not buying a horrible car that’ll cost thousands to repair than nit picking prices about new brakes, or tire wear. Honestly I’d expect most salesmen to reply “the car is sold as-is” unless it’s already w/in their negotiation costs.
I want to rip all over movie pass for being stupid and irresponsible, but at the start is was pretty awesome getting unlimited movies. I really hoped they were going to pull something off to make it work, but it’s pretty much a pipedream... I guess nothing gold can stay.
