Yeah, you have to get the TRD sport if you want 2 doors and a manual. My brother got one last year. Comes with road tires and much mocking from me.

We are in agreement. I was describing how many doctors, including myself, are able to deduct miles legally in a simplistic way.

You cannot deduct your commute. You can deduct miles you cover during the work day between office, hospitals clinics etc.

I assume people paying way over asking on these types of cars have to get them insured for more??

I wanted to reply to the original article. I was at a Subaru dealership about 10 years ago. I was with my now wife, and we test drove an impreza. They would not give my keys back for about an hour. Worst experience. We ended up buying a used Saab.

I mean if your wife (or husband) needs a new car then this is kind of killing two birds with one stone. If you can afford then sure. Most people lease anyway, it’s just turning over a new lease. It’s an expense of life.

I was rear-ended by a 17 year old in a wrangler a few months ago. THIS is exactly what he needs. This thing will probably cost more to insure than entry level super car.  It should.

You forgot all the nurses, techs, aids, ancillary staff, medications, IVs, central lines, multiple CT scans and imaging studies, feeding tubes, procedures and surgeries, kidney dialysis....
