Completely agree. I was just there in August. The ride from Nairobi to Eldoret was the most terrifying 7 hours I've ever experienced. HUGE potholes, crazy drivers going the wrong way, and random speed bumps popping up in deserted dark stretches of straight highway.

Go get on a treadmill and try to walk a mile at 6 miles an hour. Then recalculate the distance to your work. It's probably less than a mile.
