DUH. The ambiguity is why stating that the action couldn’t have happened because it wasn’t reported is BAD LOGIC.

Slapping someone with a penis is absolutely possible. It’s even common enough that we have a word for this specific act in French: a “biffle” (mix of “giffle” meaning “to slap the cheek” and “bite” which is a vulgar word for penis).

No. He’s saying nothing was reported because nothing happened. There are lots of reasons someone wouldn’t report a crime. Saying that no police report was made doesn’t mean it couldn’t have happened. Jamie Foxx’s spokesperson is trying to say that that lack of a report means that it didn’t happen. Not necessarily so.

It’s a fairly simple piece of logic actually. Hate to break it to you but it’s completely plausible that it wasn’t reported because it didn’t happen.
