The hardest part is that there are competent physicians that do the same thing. My dermo (ok, I don’t get surgery done on the regular) will crack jokes, dance, and so forth but he was doing it way before YT was a thing (considering he is older than recorded audio) and he makes sure procedures are done correctly.
