Yea I was pulled over a second time by the same cop after leaving a traffic stop. Apparently I revved my engine too hard when leaving. To my defense, I was on the last leg of a badly slipping clutch. He didn't care much for my excuses though and then gave me a second ticket for having a plastic licence place cover.
