Well I for one like it. It's borderline steampunk. Done it the right colors, it would look fantastic.

Yess! For once it's not the Pacific Northwest that's making news with idiots sliding around on ice.
@AtOurGates: Would you prefer the planes be piloted by incompetent jackasses then? I'm not sure there's enough chivalrous badasses to go around.
"Only AT&T is capable of talking on the phone and surfing the web at the same time"
@Buzz Mega: Your GPS will still pull up the coordinates. You just can't view the map. And I'm not entirely positive a photo of your Google Maps location, while in the middle of Death Valley is entirely useful..
In the words of El Barto, didn't think it was possible, but this both sucks and blows at the same time.
My grandpa used to say that a good drying is always better than a bad wash..
Possibly the saddest ending to any movie out there..
@OB1: The poster is right, though Guy-Manuel is indeed spelled wrong.
Nice writeup. If it ever snowed in Oregon I'd be rolling snow tires. So far though, an inch or two of snow a year does not justify spending a grand on snow tires on an already capable audi quattro for that one day. I'll just stay home if needed.
@CUL8R: I had a phone, Palm Treo running Windows Mobile, that did not have an "off". There was an "airplane mode" and that's it. I always thought the "airplane mode" was sufficient as there was not signals being sent. At this point it was basically the same as a digital watch. We don't need to turn those off..
I have some sort of an OCD issue with leaving books open like that. When I was little I remember being told some sort of a superstition or something about if you leave a book open, the point/moral/contents/or whatever will escape from the book and make it worthless. I know that sounds weird, but to this day I cannot…
I think you missed the point. DeLorean, back in its day was not an exotic super car. It was not very fast in comparison to the rest of worlds automotive fleet, nor was it particularly good looking. And it was available in the states. How many of these can I go out and potentially buy today? The two pickups and the…
@TimTim: Yea the bench thing at a school parking lot was right by my house.. If I remember correctly they said it was a pickup truck of some sort and was going ridiculously fast and sliding around the parking lot with a sled or something behind him with a rope, slinging the kid around.
How is clicking "Start" to shutdown counterintuitive? You want to "Start" the shutdown process..
@Geckotek: WD40 and PB Blaster are penetrating oils and not lubricants. Oil != Lubricant. I prefer lithium grease for a lubricant around the house or cars..
@\m/ chaosphere \m/: Well that depends on what you're trying to lubricate.. though once you can use semen as a lubricant, the need for that has most likely passed..
@murtadi007: PB Blaster works better then WD40
Well, technically the Qualcomm MSM7627 that's in the Droid Devour, BB Curve 8530 and Palm Pixi is also a dual core, though the cores in that are split up by function..
