Last I've read about situation in Mariupol that was a Ukrainian force's BMP that was abandoned when they retreated from the city (for some reason that I don't remember). There's been some vicious shit happening there, mainly between fascist pro-Kiev militia and the Ukraine security forces versus the local police.
