Then we’d get some more N64 titles on Switch if that happens. The interviewed reminded me of your story from years ago that Xbox One had more N64 titles available than Wii U did.

I had intended to ask about Rare Replay for Switch, but his answer about Switch support overall seemed to address that. I guess we can all wonder what he talks to those Nintendo execs about. Maybe it’s about getting xCloud onto the Switch, which would be a way to get Rare Replay on there, at least when playing near…
I know you touched on classic rare titles but I wish you had asked if there were plans to bring rare replay to PC. Or even switch, if we’re making wishes. As it stands it’s one of the few games that you can play on xbone but nowhere else.
Snake Eater is one of those games where I’d buy every remaster on every new console if given the chance, just to be able to keep playing it. It’s brilliant.
I think Snake Eater was definitely the high mark for MGS as a series and probably for Kojima. It’s gameplay was such a turn from not just the previous two games, but also from stealth games overall. They were mostly present day tech and gadget-fests that were very fun to play, but stylistically pretty similar in…
I mean, it is a Bond theme. It’s one of the all-time great video game songs, and without a doubt one of the great Bond song parodies. It’s hard to tell if Kojima really is in on the joke or not, but fuck me if it doesn’t produce something special in the end.
They could’ve just showed me the blocky Kirby’s picture and it’d have been an instant buy anyway.
It amazes me how so many people don’t grasp this. Or do and just resent Minecraft that much. I’ve never played it*, but this game absolutely deserves representation in Smash. And it's an unorthodox fighter, which is the best kind of character to add.
LOL. I love it. There are a bunch of others that would be great also, but I like this. If Smash is “Videogames: The Game”, then minecraft deserves it’s representation.
I never bought a PS3, and the only thing I want to play from that console is MGS4 =(
So it’s the Pregnancy Test of Theseus...
Personally i’m getting REAL sick of people acting like Mania was the only good Sonic game in years when that’s blatantly not true, Unleashed and Generations were also arguably pretty damn good.
Personally i’m not interested in Mania 2, I want a full-on remake of Sonic Adventure.
Take everyone from Sonic Fighters, put them in Fighters Megamix and rerelease it. I know it’ll never happen but I’m kinda over Sega not knowing what to do with anything Sonic related save a few bright spots
You must be one of those people who just hate fun. Whatever floats your boat, dude.
This is both depressing and actually kind of touching. These games came out originally during a time when I was going through my first big boy/real life crisis and the fun of playing and the music always stuck with me as a thing that helped me sorta cope with what I was going through at the time. I know it’s a…
Anytime I see enemy levels and damage numbers I start to get nervous now.
I could be wrong but it seems like yet another “games as a service” attempt like the Avengers game. Even when playing it pops up with “Robin has joined this session” from what I saw of the gameplay.
Cool IOI deserves the extra money.
It’s because the people making the predictions of its failure have been rating success on specs and other things on a broad market, as opposed to specific segment targeting and brand loyalty. Sony and Microsoft are trying to design, arguably, Mercedes and Lexus-priced game consoles, while Nintendo is making a Honda.…
I’m pretty sure everyone who buys games digitally is fully aware of the potential risks. That said, the chances of me permanently losing access to all of my Steam games is lower than the chances of my discs getting destroyed in a house fire or stolen in a burglary.
