Fantastic article, hadn’t taken the time to consider just how closely both films follow the “Noir” architecture. It’s a real shame this movie didn’t get the box office numbers it deserves.

Yeah not a fan of this at look at all. Hate that they’re only using MCU characters too. This reeks of marketing strategy trumping video game passion.

This has sold me 110%. There’s something special about those retro areas of Japan (that mind you weren’t retro the first couple times I visited). It makes me so happy to hear that the game explores these elements of the culture/country in the same way the original Shenmue brought me back to doing a 3 week high school…

The hate lol. I’ve been a massive comic book collector and fan (especially Batman) for over 30 years. I loved the Nolan trilogy and have a special place in my heart for Tim Burton’s take on the dark knight.. and I loved this Batman v Superman.
