I do not rent but own. I come from NYC and then years in South Fla. Prepare for culture shock since Ga. seems to have a real poor educational system and if you are thinking about Atlanta keep the crime rate in mind. Dangerous areas abound.

Buy them at yard sales for no more than 2 dollars a pair. Amassed about 125 pair. Washing is not an issue. I keep jeans in three sizes. Fat, normal and thin. Never worry about running out or if styles change. Easy peasy.
