Inaccurate reporting is unfair. That wasn’t the section of the statute under which he was charged. This isn’t difficult.

Because it’s not the section under which he was charged and we all know why the headline was written the way it was.

The statute also encompasses adults who live together or have lived together. It’s likely not as salacious as it sounds.
