Those parts are just the starting point for a manual swap. The dash needs to come out so you can mount a clutch master cylinder and pedal. Then run a hydraulic line or cable to the back. You need to come up with some kind of shifter which you’ll only find with luck since it’s so old. Then $1000 for a clutch and

Looks to me like it doesn’t need much.  Just bodywork, paint, interior,  a driveline, wheels, tires, and probably the brake system gone through.  C’mon!  Take a chance!  ;-) 

Owner was planning to turbo/supercharge? Makes you wonder what other, questionable choices have been made.

SAD! I feel for this poor car. Idiot owners and left to basically rot. For $200 I might take it off his hands just to see if anything is worth salvaging. Anything north of that, forget it.
