"Pointless." - NY Times

Pascal should buy them a drink as a form of apologizing. Pascal's Lager.

I love the idea of this but now, 25 years or so into the show, their action figures still look weird as shit. It's really shame because my desk is begging for a King Size Homer action figure.

You had an elephant. His name was Stampy. You loved him.

I imagine these heartfelt tributes would look very different if she had made bigoted remarks about an ethnic group other than the Palestinians, but it's officially sanctioned to be racist against them so no big whoop.

The legends say he is fueled by an insatiable, unquenchable desire for a six-figure income.

No it isn't the same crime. An invasion of your physical space is worse. It doesn't matter if someone kills you with a drone or with a gun because in the end the result is the same (your death). But a hacker and someone breaking into your house are not the same and they don't have the same result (invasion of your

But I'm not saying he shouldn't be punished. I'm saying 10 years is excessive. You can't just turn off your brain and say he deserves what he gets because he committed a crime.

I'd agree that it's a serious assault. 10 years seems too heavy for a serious assault though. I just think it's in our DNA as a country to always ask for greater sentences, more crime and punishment, more moral justice, etc. I don't think there's been any actual evidence of the hacking harming someone's earning and

Not me. I wouldn't to be hacked or burgled, but I definitely want the bulwark of extra years for someone who comes into my home.

Do you really think a hacker and someone who breaks into your house deserve the same punishment? I'm not saying the hacker doesn't deserve jail time but 10 years is excesssive.

Oh, the drug war is totally bullshit. But that doesn't mean we need to give hackers excessive punishment. It's not like there's some minimum of prison years this country has to hand out every year.

10 years for hacking? Wow. That's ridiculously excessive.

Why would I want to do a thing like that?

Well, at least he has whatever the fuck it is he does to fall back on.

You seem to be getting angry, not to mention personal, and I don't think you're maintaining a consistent position, so count me out of this argument.

It's not about my attention to detail. It's about your tendency to draw unwarranted conclusions from irrelevant facts. The fact that Chase distanced himself from the statement just proves I was right all along. The woman was, deliberately or otherwise, misrepresenting or misconstruing what Chase said.

You sold us out Officer Duffy!

Why does it matter if it's a woman or a man? You're just raising quibbles because your argument is weak. Tony's death not being the point doesn't answer the question of whether he does or does not die. Just like this lady's bullshit claims don't bear on that question either.
