I really wish they'd just make the app available on the android market, unless it's hiding somewhere that I don't know about. SlideIT works just as well, so I suppose it really doesn't matter in the end.
Wouldn't this also hinder your ability to dial 911? That's the only problem with this solution. If something bad did happen while the cell towers were out, the only way to make a call to 911 would be a land line.

yep! I bought that for my dad a long time ago. I'm not sure how much he uses it, but the thing is pretty handy nonetheless.
It just depends on what kind of job you have. I used to have a data entry job, and I kept my screen arranged a particular way every day to maximize my work flow. I ended up writing my own program to achieve this same thing.
I think I'd rather have an extension that automatically mutes all tabs, but then has an un-mute button somewhere handy on each tab.
