Everybody sweats! Its OK if everyone else is doing it, right?!

I dunno, I like the draw of being able to sit on my couch, find some video on YouTube through my laptop or my tablet, and within a second, have it on my TV. With a cable, I gotta find the damn cable, first of all, then plug it in, and leave the device on my TV stand because you know the cable isn't long enough. Then

We put the towels on our mats, it helps immensely; plus the mat isn't all gross afterwards.

I thought it would be a nice experience. First time, I had to sit out for a big portion because I was nauseous and couldn't recover. Afterwards, its gotten better, and I've gone in much more prepared, but its still a heck of a workout. On the plus side, I'm in much better shape.

Hot yoga (Bikram), while not fun, does have its benefits.

So what's the limit, 100lbs per item?

Not all phones/tablets have HDMI-outs anymore, ya know!

Hmm OK that's a good situation.

Interesting, I had read it as it would stream, and assumed it would stream from the device in question, instead of the actual source. That's actually pretty nifty.

That's true, but I wanted to keep it basic for the OP.

You're quite right, I forgot about that.

I did find it initially light, but it does come with 4 weights that I found made it the perfect fit and feel for my liking.

So, what would you be streaming from, that's going to save you power, if your PC and tablet are always consuming power? Not meaning to sound snarky, I'm just trying to make sense of your first reply.

Yeah, this sounds like it would make sense for you. Definitely cheaper than a Roku or Boxee or GoogleTV, and assuming you've got something to stream from, you should be perfectly fine.

Since we're all talking about mice here, I'd like to throw my two cents at the ROCCAT KONE[+] (weird name). Doesn't have as many buttons as this, but plenty for my needs, and feels pretty awesome. For the same price, though I bought mine on sale from Amazon.

Its $35, honestly, the only thing keeping me from buying one is that my TV already has these capabilities built-in.

Regardless, this requires you to have a secondary device. Whether its a desktop, laptop, HTPC, phone, or tablet, you'll need a secondary device consuming power to make Chromecast work.

Its pretty simple. If you already have an HTPC, or otherwise have a method of viewing your favorite apps (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, whatever) on on your TV, you shouldn't need it.

Nah, VA is ridiculous (I say this while living in MD). They caught my sister doing 10 over the speed limit (65 in a 55), had her down for speeding with points and a $250 fine.

Thank you for making blanket accusations to an entire group of people, based on the reactions of the worst off. You're about as bad as FOX News.
