Unpopular opinion, an acid throwing thief deserves to be be shot in the back as they flee. Let these scumbags face some real consequences and see how the crime drops.

Unpopular opinion incoming:

even better, how have the gas companies never filed suit that gasoline isn’t as dangerous as the movies imply?

the US government is doing it here with climate change... er, uh "coastal flooding."

I think calling what Nathan Peterman did “actual football” is being a bit generous.

Petty, passive-aggressive hanger on from previous coach’s staff gets fired, film at 11.

But isn’t the biggest problem that Locksley continues to hide in Sherwood Forest with his band of merry men and refuses to surrender to the authorities?

But the term is “domestic violence”, not “domestic” “violence”. Words, like letters, often take different meanings when combined in specific ways.

You are missing the point. We can’t just go twisting every action into whatever fits our narrative. Saying what he did is domestic violence is like saying someone pocketing a candy bar from a store is armed robbery. They are on very different levels for very important reasons.

Not sure what level of sarcasm you’re operating under or if you really think this article is being “needlessly pedantic” but I suggest actually read the article. Take notes this time instead of just coming up with a lame quip.

Cant wait to see what scandal hes trying to get ahead of! So exciting!!!

I don’t think anyone thinks he is resigning because he wants to.  This was a deal the school made with him instead of firing him so he didn’t leave in disgrace.  Why would the school do that? Because he is an Ohio guy and the fans all love him.

You’re assuming that the program isn’t ready to fall off a cliff like Florida was when he left. If anyone can see that before anyone else would, it’s the man who runs it. He left Florida in a huge effing mess they’re just pulling themselves out of. We’ll see if that’s what happens to OSU in the coming years.

Yes, Chris. We all know that guy. But looking objectively, the guy is a marginal NFL quarterback under the best circumstances. Yeah, sure, he had some success and even pulled off some heroics in the playoffs, when it counts the most. But he comes with so much baggage - the kneeling, the outsized media attention, the

look. at. their. schedule. this. year.

Because facts matter in this stuff:

This is such a tired fucking take. UCF isn’t one of the 4 best teams in the country. They may not be one of the 10 best teams in the country. They went undefeated but didn’t play a good team all year. It’s within the school’s power to schedule better non-conference opponents, but they know there’s more merit in going

And they shouldn’t. UCF is not one of the best 4 teams in the country. They are not one of the best 6 teams in the country. They dominated the AAC, which is the best of the group of 5, but it is still worse than the Pac-12 and Big-12. I’m sure they will put up a fight and probably beat LSU. But they would not play

What isn’t clear to me — do they TRY to schedule these hard games? Or was their schedule already set well before they knew they could go undefeated?
